SciArt NanoLab
Would you want to bet that I can live by myself for a month? Well I have done it, but if you would like to see some proof you may have to check the CNSI (California NanoSystems Institute) and UCLA websites. Well UCLA would definitely be another place I would visit again. 2 courses, 1 laptop, 1 suitcase filled with clothes and toiletries and dormitory essentials and you are on! I attended one course each in Design Media Arts (DMA) and SciArt with Nanotechnology. I would not have believed that I could even think about attending these courses when I was in India five years ago.

Dormitory life seemed crazy … well good or bad really depends on your room mate. I believe I have made a few friends who seem like family to me in this place. Trust me, they seem like family more than friends to me. To be honest I think I got the true taste of hard work as well as university life, rather savory for a long time to come.

Now I see why some people think that they truly had never been alive until they are in their college or university. My work there really paid off, I managed to create a font, game, website and an audio/video movie in a matter of the first 2 weeks.

During my next 2 weeks stint at the CNSI (California NanoSystems Institute), I worked on a revolutionary project that might just save the world of its pesky global warming and energy problems but can’t share more … sorry it’s classified.
